New Years isn’t a “must celebrate” holiday for me. I’ve definitely celebrated in the past (including ringing in New Years 2010 in Times Square), but I’m also fine with a New Years spent at home in pj’s watching movies.
This year, several friends were in town for the holiday, so one of them offered to host a casual party at her home. (As an aside the host is getting married in October, so 2018 is going to be an exciting year for her!)
We took advantage of Orangetheory Fitness being open on New Years Day to kick off the new year with a workout!
While I love goal lists (and list making, in general), I typically just have them in the Notes section on my phone. Within the few days leading up to New Years, two different people mentioned bullet journaling to me. I’ve never heard of this, but when I started exploring it, I found all kinds of examples of how to visualize goals. This prompted me to spend a few hours on New Years Day with pencils and markers making myself a goal list that I could post to my refrigerator. Throughout the year, I’ll be able to check off and fill in this list as I complete each goal.
Hope your new year is off to a great start! Wishing you a Happy & Healthy 2018!

Ooooh, I love the Bullet Journal! I don’t do it myself but it’s totally something I should do b/c I think I’d love it! I love your graphic here, thanks for sharing it with us!

I’m too intimidated to tackle the day-to-day bullet journal, but I’m learning about more and more friends who are starting to do it. Maybe one day… 🙂
