After a completely exhausting day securing my Swiss Drivers License, I was thrilled at the last minute invitation to join some colleagues at the Montreux Christmas Market. Montreux is just a few minutes east of Vevey on Lake Geneva. Apparently, it has one of the largest Christmas Markets in the area. Christmas Markets are popular in Europe, and this was my very first one!
We had such a fun evening roaming through the booths, trying various food and drink, and wrapping up our evening of fun in typical Swiss fashion…with fondue.
[My mama will be happy to know that Gingerbread Men are alive and well in Switzerland]
